Terms and cancellation policy
The membership is a 12-month support plan charged at £14.99 per month by Direct Debit. The first payment will be taken within a few days of sign up, with future payments collected monthly thereafter.
Cancellation requests should be made in writing by email. As this is a 12-month membership, payments are expected to continue for the full 12-month term unless otherwise agreed by Compass Accounts.

Individual advice, tax return preparation, bookkeeping, MTD submissions, payroll, company accounts or other accountancy services are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
